Annapurna College of Film and Media proudly celebrates the accomplishments of its alumna, Aishwarya Ladole, MA Filmmaking Batch 2020-22, who recently worked as Assistant Production Sound Mixer on the highly acclaimed series Rana Naidu Season 2. Sound is a vital element in filmmaking, especially in action-packed productions that demand precision, clarity, and creative finesse.

When stories strive to move hearts, challenge norms, and reflect the unspoken, it is not just the visuals or dialogue that leave an impact—it is also the sound. And behind some of the most powerful sonic landscapes in Indian cinema and streaming content today stands Vandana Ramkrishna, a gifted Production Sound Mixer and proud alumna of the MA Filmmaking Class of 2018–2020 from Annapurna College of Film and Media.

Sriya Pathaneni, a graduate of the MA Filmmaking Class of 2020–2022 Sriya’s journey reflects the commitment, training, and creative rigour that our students experience during their time at the college. Her recent professional accomplishments include working as an Assistant Sound Recordist on two major Hindi film productions in 2024 — both high-profile, big-banner releases that have captured audience and industry attention alike.
